ShiftED is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that equips educators through MTSS intervention services and professional development, and engages parents through parental advocacy.

By building educator capacity and developing parent partnerships, ShiftED strengthens instruction, transforms school culture, and creates the conditions necessary for every single student to thrive in school and life.

Disparities persist for students with learning exceptionalities, who perform significantly lower in mathematics and science than their peers, despite schools having access to resources like Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to improve outcomes.

Intervention Program

Provides in-person (or virtual) MTSS intervention program support tailored to address campus and student needs.

Professional Development

Ongoing training series for educators to build skills around cultural competence, implicit bias, and inclusive instructional practices.

Parental Advocacy

Workshops and advocacy services for caregivers on education laws/policies, instructional strategies, IEPs, and empowering parents to be change agents. We also attend ARDs to support and advocate for families.
